Forgot to mention that you can take shortcuts by walking thru the courtyard areas between the buildings in POFQ. Walking along the main path from POR and turning right at the POFQ pool to the main building is the long way. They will give you a resort map covering both showing the paths/walkways

Hello! excited for our trip in a few weeks! Boatwright's question: If we have a 5pm ADR for boatwright's (right at opening), what time can we expect to be done if we order appetizers, mains, dessert? I am asking bc i want to schedule carriage ride afterwards.. TIA!

Depends on how fast you eat, LOL. Allow maybe 1.5 hours or so? Perhaps your carriage for 7pm to be on the safe side.

heading back to por on dec5 I have a couple questions for the experts. We are in ab garden view if im looking at the map right bld 16 and 17 look to be closest to main bld are these 2 the best to request. we stayed preferred last time but not available with the discount. also is it possible to ship things home from por. we might get a couple xmas gifts for the kids but wont have room in luggage.

I know you can have anything bought shipped to home. So if you are in MK and buy something you can just have them ship it to your home instead of taking it back to the resort and then dealing with it there.

It works well for things you don't want the kiddos to see or for fragile items like ornaments.

I know you can have anything bought shipped to home. So if you are in MK and buy something you can just have them ship it to your home instead of taking it back to the resort and then dealing with it there.

It works well for things you don't want the kiddos to see or for fragile items like ornaments.

DTD stores do this as well.

We shipped stuff home from both parks and POR store one year. I believe all your purchases have to add up to a minimum amount ant you have show them the sales receipts.

You could try, sure. Try to arrive at the restaurant a little early and let them know you need to be finished and outside by the marina for a 6:30 carriage ride so they seat you exactly at 5pm. Check out the menu while you are waiting. And let your server know too. You should be fine.

I would allow yourself at least 10 seconds, perhaps as much as 20 if you walk slowly...
