We just took a cab from POR to CR on Saturday morning, including the driver tip (we gave him $5) it was $21.00

Do you recall which way he went? Past Fort Wilderness like the Disney Buses do, or back along the main entrance route?

We arrived at our first and hopefully not last stay at Alligator Bayou! Love this place, so lush, peaceful, and calming! I booked standard (all that was available on Free Dining) requested a corner room and anywhere in buildings 14-38? The wood ones not the brick ones...we are in building 16 on the first floor with a corner room...we love love the room!! Much better than even the pictures can show...just a clean nice feel to it, love the shower and fish curtain .

We took the boat to DTD, allow about 35 minutes, we made our ressies at Raglan Road, loved it! Everyone has been very polite and friendly! The water mill is still under scaffolding...we have no fridge but will use the space to store dirty clothes and ask for credit if possible, but feel guilty asking with such a great room!

Thanks all! I get the love for POR, my new fave! Have stayed at Poly, AKL, OKW, and Contemporary.

There are two windows rather than just the regular one, making the rooms feel a bit lighter and more airy.

Looking forward to our trip Nov 23- Dec 1. We are staying in the Royal Rooms. We are being joined by my mother who has a separate reservation for a Royal Room, how should we handle on-line check in and faxing a request? I assume that we should both check in on-line as soon as possible, but do we both need to fax request to have rooms as close as possible to each other? Also we are celebrating our anniversary while we are down there should I let them know that as well in our fax?
