Port Orleans Riverside Building 24 just renovated! mini report

We just returned from a stay at POR. We loved it. The building we were in was freshly renovated! In fact, when you opened the door, you could still smell the "new wood" smell of the furniture. Room had a hidden mini-fridge.
Read previous complaints about storage at sinks...sinks had a shelf over them...more than enough room for our family of 5.

We got the Florida rate which I think was $77. Can't beat that.

The landscaping of the place was gorgeous.

Kids loved the pool area, Adults loved the hot tub area! OK I loved the pool also....must have went down the water slide 30 times with the kids!

By the way, the building behind 24 was being renovated while we were there.
Everything in the rooms was being replaced as well as being repainted.

we were in Building 24 the last week of October and it had been renovated then (although the fridge wasn't hidden). Although I didn't like POR (or at least not the distance from 24 to the food court), I did like the new decor a lot better than the old.
