Port Orleans Lovers

For those of you who love the Port Orleans Resort, which do you prefer, French Quarter or Riverside, and why? Thanks!

I've stayed at both. I would easily stay at either but I personally liked Riverside more. I'm more of a laid back person and I just enjoyed the tranquility of POR. I liked the bridges over the Sassagoula which we needed to walk over each day as we stayed in a mansion. I felt more relaxed at the pool. My husband & I really enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch of the pool side bar. I loved the ducks by the water. My family much preferred the food court at Riverside. We just really liked all the wood of Riverside. Like I said though I would stay at French Quarter again too. We stayed at PO when my paretns came with us and I was really glad that we stayed there at the time because there was less walking for them to do. The POFQ is very easy to navigate. Wish I was back at either.

I like FQ best. The theming is wonderful and the pool is great.
