Has anyone heard the rumor that POFQ is available for booking starting 5/31/02 and / or that the River Cruise Boat to DTD is coming back????

Not sure about when POFQ will reopen. (It seems like I heard October, but I am really not sure.) I read here a short time ago that the boat from POR is back and running.

Deb Willis's site (wdwig.com) has reported thet POFQ will be open on May 31. the boats are running. inkbounc inkbounc

Laura's Dad, would you please post the link to WDWIG where it reports POFQ reopening in May. I couldn't find it. On the POFQ FAQ it still says CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Thanks.

I made reservations for Port Orleans - French Quarter tonight for mid-June. The CM said the food court had been refurbished. I am not sure about the rooms.

Made a one-night reservation tonight for 5/31! I'm excited - have stayed at POR about half a dozen times. Have walked through POFQ once and gone by it many times on the boat, but have never stayed there. DD is looking forward to swimming in the pool!

We just switched our June resssies from POR to POFQ (with a discount) tonight with a lot of help (including a call-backfrom Disney: a first).
