Port of Miami Cruise Terminal

Does anyone know what time you are allowed to get dropped off/enter the cruise terminal in Miami? Also, does anyone have recommendations for a family of 4 for transfers or private car to the Fort Lauderdale airport afterwards? Thanks!

We used QLS shuttle service (Quality Limousine Service) to get from Port of Miami to FLL. It seems to me our hotel's shuttle provider dropped us off around 10 or 10:30am, and we were in the first few dozen there. We had to wait outdoors until they unlocked the building at 10:30 or 11

The earliest PAT for the cruise we were on out of Miami in April was 11.

I think we were allowed in the terminal at 11.
It was a nice terminal.
