Port canaveral parking

We are on the Fantasy sailing leaving Saturday, and just upgraded to concierge so we now have no port arrival time. Last august we sailed and they wouldn't let us in even 1 minute prior to 11am, our TA said she thinks it changed to 10:30am and I just read on the DCL website garage opens at 10:15am. Has anyone sailed concierge lately parked before 11am And can you enter terminal before 11 As concierge?

I believe the earliest PATs at Port Canaveral are currently 10:30, so yes you should definitely be allowed to park that early and enter the terminal before 11am as Concierge.
