Do you register for the Port Arrival Time when you are allowed to visit the online registration? I just paid in full but am a silver member and have over 100 days left till our cruise.

Yes, your on line booking window, for check in and booking activities is at the 90 day mark. When you do your on line check in, you are asked to select a port arrival time. This is not when you board, this is when you are allowed to enter the terminal. Your boarding number is tied to this time and will be given to you at check in.
