Port Adventures on last day

Can you book a port adventure on the day you arrive at your final destination? We are cruising one way to San Juan and want to book a Disney tour for that day.

I could be wrong, but I haven't heard of Disney doing that.

I have never seen Disney do it. Other cruise lines do but I haven't seen it from Disney. Of course it could be different in San Juan then in Cape Canaveral though.

You could get off the ship and find a tour, more than likely. But I don't think Disney ever books excursions for debarkation day.

Maybe. Disney doesn't offer them in advance; inquiries must be made onboard. I just did this on Sunday in Copenhagen. Early in the cruise, I asked at the port adventures desk and they were taking guest info for a waiting list to see if there was enough interest to meet tour operator minimums. About midway through the cruise we had enough guests and i received the ticket and info on my stateroom. Flights had to be after a certain departure time and the tour ended with dropoff at the airport.

This is offered in Miami, with similar parameters to Copenhagen. Ask when you board.

We did the Mediterranean cruise last summer, and they offered an excursion on disembarkation day to the monastery at Montserrat and then finished by taking us to the airport. The previous year we did the Copenhagen to Dover re-positioning and did a DCL excursion to Harry Potter studio and finished at hotels in London.

in January this year we did the Galveston to San Juan cruise. I don't remember seeing any after cruise excursions - but I wasn't looking either.

We stayed a few days in San Juan after the cruise. Love the Old Town!!

Some arrival ports do have excursions that last for a few hours after a cruise and then drop you off at the airport or, sometimes, a hotel. These excursions are listed under Port Adventures on the Disney Cruise website, but, as mentioned above, they can be booked only while you're onboard the ship. Just now I was able to see post-cruise excursions for Miami, Barcelona and Copenhagen, but not for San Juan. So, my guess is this is not offered in San Juan this year, but it might show up again next year. (Dover isn't listed for this year.)
