Port Adventures for the disabled

Any suggestions for the Bahama's port and adventures? Mobility issues is in play with my DH and trying to figure out if anyone has had any problems booking excursions. Any advice for specific excursions would be helpful. We've been to the Bahamas before but it was before any problems existed in our family. Now we have to prepare and plan for what he can and can not do. TIA
