Pork Chops

Fast, easy, home late from work meal:

Brown pork chops in a deep frying pan
Add one red pepper, one onion, and about 4 potatoes (all cut into chunks)
Add one can of sodium free beef broth

Bring to a boil and then let simmer for about 45 minutes.

Still fast to put together but cooks in the crock pot:

Brown boneless pork chops and put in the bottom of the crock pot
Add one can of DelMonte seasoned tomatoes (I like Basil and Garlic)
Add one can of chili beans

Cook for about 5 hours on low. The pork chops are really tender this way.

I serve them with baked potatoes and top the potatoes with the tomato/bean mixture. I add a little shredded cheddar cheese and a bit of sour cream. This is a great dinner on a cold day.

Okay, now I'm hungry.
 
Pork Chop Packages

Browned pork chops
Onion - sliced
Summer Squash - sliced
garlic powder

Put garlic powder, s & p on chop and arrange vegetables in individual foil packages. Add 1 t butter. Fold foil to seal. Place on cookie sheet or other pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Pork Chop Casserole

Browned pork chops (s&p)
Sliced potatoes
Onion sliced in rings
Bell pepper sliced in rings
1 can mushroom soup mixed with 1 can water

Layer potatoes, onion slices and pepper slices under and over pork chops in casserole dish. Pour soup mixture over all. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350.
 

Salt and pepper the pork chops.

Heat some veg. oil in a pan and brown the P.C.s (don't cook all the way)

Do not drain pan

Add some Campbell's cream of mushroom soup (@1 can for every 2 p.c.s)

Splash of milk
Pour in some KIKKOMAN soy sauce, I'm no good at recipes..maybe 1 tablespoon per 2 p.c.s.

Stir and cook till done.

I serve with rice, and put the gravy on the rice as well.

I like to have a lot of gravy, so I always use extra cans of soup, too much milk will completely change the flavor, it is only to thin it a bit.
 
Sadly, I have no recipes for pork chops- DH detests them and refuses to eat them. He pretty much hates all pork (except for bacon every once in a while, and ham on Christmas). He's weird!
 
coat with olive oil and rub your favorite rub on them.

Place on a 400degree grill, for 2 minutes turn them 90 degrees for 2 minutes more flip and cook for 2 minutes more turn 90 degrees and cook till internal is 140 to 145.

Remove and let them rest for 10 minutes
 
Simple, simple, simple crock pot recipe.

Brown 4 pork chops in a little oil, put into crock pot. Deglaze pan with a little white wine. Mix in a can of cream of mushroom soup, add about 1/4 can water. Mix til thick and creamy, pour over pork chops. You can mix in a can of mushrooms if you want. Cook on low for 4-6 hours, serve over rice. The meat falls off the bones. Yumm:goodvibes
 
Honey Pecan porkchops
Brown and cook porkchops in a bit of butter, when chops are done remove them and squirt in 1/4-1/2 cup of honey in your skillet. Use your spatula to scrape up the brown bits off the bottom of the pan into the honey then add 1/4-1/2 cup of chopped pecans. Let the honey/pecans simmer just a minute then use it to glaze your chops.

Here is one that I found in one of those mags at the checkout a few years back. Sounds a bit wierd but turns out great.

Brown the pork chops in the skillet.
Preheat the oven to 350-400 depending on your oven.

In another bowl, stir together -
1 can cream of celery soup
2-3 cans green beans (regular or french style)
1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
4-6 ounces shredded swiss cheese.

Put pork chops on the bottom of a casserole dish. Pour the green bean mixture on top of the pork chops. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about an hour. Top with French Fried Onion Rings and bake again for 10-15 minutes.

The pork chops end up moist and tender and the green bean casserole has it's own special flavor.

Enjoy.
 
Throw them on the grill and cook until done. My wife likes to use some seasoning or sometimes stuff them and bake them, but I'm more than happy with simplicity and really enjoy the natural taste of meats.
 
Rub them down with balsamic vinegar, sprinkle with seasonings, drizzle olive oil over them. Put them in a 500 degree oven for 20 minutes. Super easy, and delish.
 
Dale's Marinade, sprinkled with garlic pepper, then grilled. YUUUUMMMM!!
