POR - Which Side & Which Room?

Hi All,
I need all you POR specialists here. We are returning to Disney next February and will be staying at POR (I think this is where we are staying). Which side AB or Mansions, should we stay? I must say here that there are five of us: me, DH, DD 10, DD 6 and DD who will be 2 at travel time. I know AB has the trundle. So, I do know that is an option. I like the look of the Mansions. I am looking for a non smoking building that is close to the pool, close to the food court and close to the buses (becuase of strollers and young kids). Also, when I reserve the room, can I request a ground floor room? If so, is it guarenteed? If anyone thinks that another moderate resort would be better, please let me know. We have never stayed at a moderate. Our first trip was this past February and we stayed at the WL. We loved it there. However, we want to try another resort this time and we will be traveling with family and decided that a moderate would be best this trip. Any suggestions?

Hi, I believe the trundle beds are only in the Bayou section. We just stayed in bldg. 14, and it was so convenient to the foodcourt and busstop, and only a short walk over the bridge to the main pool. I really loved the location we were in, its the closest building to the foodcourt, etc. Have fun!!
