POR--were the rooms in AB refurbed?

We were at POR last year and the mansion sections were being refurbished. Do you know if the Alligator Bayou section was also refurbed? And if so, which buildings?

I have read they just finished the last of the AB buildings last month. Building 14 was the last to be refurbed.....
