POR - Trundle bed?

Hi! We just booked POR for August for our family of 5 (Me, DH, DD8, DS6, and DD3). Since our youngest is now 3 yrs old, we need the trundle bed available on the AB side and we are no longer allowed to stay in the mansions according to disney rules.

However, upon reading over our reservation, it clearly states that the trundle bed is "requested" but NOT guaranteed. Is this right? I mean, disney is requiring us to stay in a trundle bed room but then they don't guarantee that we will get one? What happens if there are none available at checkin? Anyone know if this is possible? Or should it be guaranteed on our reservation? I'm wondering if I should call back. They do have my kids ages correct on the reservation so they do know that we are a family of 5.

If by some fluke all of the trundle bed rooms are gone when you arrive, they will put you in the Mansions, but give you a roll-away. But I have heard that happens very rarely.

Aaah, ok. I thought I had read that 5 in a room at the mansions was considered a fire hazard or something like that so I didn't think they'd allow that. I didn't realize they make exceptions if they run out of AB rooms.
