POR to Topolino's

Staying at POR and have reservation at Topolino's for breakfast. Are we able to drive to the resort and park for our reservation, leave car in parking lot and take skyliner to Epcot or HS for the day? Any suggestions on what works best?

No, you'll need to move your car after breakfast. Parking at the resort is only available for guests actively visiting the property.

We have Uber-ed to the Riviera and then Skyline to HS or EPCOT.

This is what I would do.
Or, if Uber isn’t an option, just drive to Epcot or DHS after breakfast.
