POR to SSR

Does anyone know the easiest way to get from POR to SSR? I need to drop something off for another Diser at SSR?

Take the boat to Downtown Disney then walk over to SSR.

Or boat to DTD then transfer onto the SSR.DVC boat this will put you right behind the Carriage house
