If you will be going to the Magic Kingdom after your breakfast, your best bet is to park at the MK Parking Lot (Transportation & Ticket Center) and walk over to the Poly, or take the Monorail.

If you'll be driving to another park or whatnot, then you may feel free to park at the Polynesian itself. They will give you a 3 hour parking pass to use.
