POR to Cape May Cafe?

Will be staying at POR but have an ADR at Cape May Cafe at 8:50am. What would be the best way to get there? I know there isn't a direct bus from POR to there.

For me the best way would be to take a taxi (or Uber if you prefer). Otherwise, take the bus to HS then either walk(about 10-15 mins) or take the boat(also about 10-15 mins unless you have to wait on a boat) to BC. If taking Disney transportation allow 60 - 90 mins.

Uber/Taxi is going to be fastest. Cheapest is to go to whatever park has EMH then switch busses to the Beach Club.

If you are planning on going to Epcot after, it is easiest to valet park your car. That way you don't have to worry about moving it after your ADR.
