POR to all the Adr's

This is our first time to DW, been to DL( its alot easier to get around)

I am very confused

We are arriving early wed morning and checking out a week later on the thursday. We will have DDP and Park Hoppers for 8 days

trying to figure out ADR's and transporation

MK- Crystal Palace
AK - Tusker House
HS - Mama Melrose Fantasmic Pkg
MK - 1900 Park Fare - Dinner

Por - Cape May Cafe @ Beach Club - Brkft - to Epcot or HS
Por - Chef Mickey's to MK around lunch
Por - 1900 Park Fare - Supercalifragilstic Brkft - to Epcot or HS
Por - Ohana - Poly - Brkft to AK

Does this look okay any suggestions, what times would you book

We are looking into taking a taxi to our early morning ADR's as don't want to be out 1 hr + to get there with 3 kids (9DD, 4DS, 2DS)

Crystal Palace is inside MK...take your bus to MK.
Tusker House is inside AK..take the bus to AK
Mama Melroses is inside DHS..bus to DHS
1900 Park Fare is at the GF..take a bus to MK then boat over to GF (or the monorail if it's early in the morning but that will add 25 mins to your travel time).

To Cape May from POR...for breakfast a cab is the best bet. Otherwise you need to take a bus to DHS and then walk or boat to YC/BC. Then walk or boat to either Epcot or DHS. Walking to DHS takes about 20 mins or so...the boat will take 20 mins plus wait times. To Epcot the boat takes about 10 mins, the walk is about 7 mins.

From Chef Mickeys to MK..just walk over. There is a sidewalk that runs beneath the monorail line..takes about 8 mins vs the monorail which will take you about 20-25 mins. To get to CMs, just take the bus to MK and then walk or monorail over to the CR.

To get to 1900 Park Fare in the morning...either a cab directly from POR, or the bus to MK and then boat or monorail to GF. The monorail will take about 20 mins, the boat about 10 mins..not including any wait times. To get to DHS after breakfast, take the bus from the GF. To get to Epcot, take the resort monorail to TTC then transfer to the Epcot line.

POR to 'Ohana...bus to MK then boat or monorail to Polynesian..times about the same as for the GF. Then take the bus to AK.

Timing depends on how early you want to get moving. My family doesn't like to eat really early, so we book later seatings. But that may not work with younger kids. If you book too early though, it's tough to get to them.
For those breakfasts, I would be tempted to take cabs. It sounds like you don't want to take a lot of time getting to them..and Disney transportation will take you awhile.
