POR room request?

We are headed to POR in Sept. It will be our first time in POR. We will be staying in Alligator Bayou to get the trundle. We are traveling with 2 kids, 3 & 8, plus MIL that will be using ECV. So I just found out about no elevator. I was wondering what section would be best for getting the buses in the morning.

Building 14, first floor is right near the first bus stop, food court and check-in.

14 is a very popular building and most requested, so be sure to ask reservations to request this location for a medical reason, and that your MIL will have an ECV.

Rooms are not large and you'll need room enough for the EVC to charge. It will be pretty tight, but if you all get along really well and are easy going, it will be fine

We'll be there Sept 6th-14th. My mom is traveling with us and will also have an ECV. When I made the ressie I just had the CM add a comment that we would like to be on the bottom floor of building 14 'for medical reasons, mom using an ECV'. The CM said that building 14 was asked for frequently for medical requests. We're just hoping we don't get a handicapped room with just a shower.
