POR requesting manor rooms (regular not Royal Rooms)

Thinking about staying at POR and would only like to stay in the regular manor rooms (not royal rooms or AB). Is there a particular view type (like river or garden) that if booked would give me a better chance of getting the manor rooms?

I'm going to submit a request for the manor buildings with my reservation, but I know that can't be guarenteed. I've been looking at the POR thread /portorleans.org and I can't find an answer.

I would just request Magnolia Terrace or Acadian House. They are both in the mansion section. The Princess rooms are in Oak Manor and Parterre Pl.

Since royal is it's own category you will eeither get manor or AB. If you have 5 in your party you will get AB. I would request "manor building". Refurb is near 100% complete and no view makes a diff because AB and Manor have garden, river but if you want preferred building that is for sure AB... So I would just book garden, standard or river and state your request for a manor. Also AB does not have elevators but manors do if that makes a diff.

There are maps on portorleans.org that show where the rooms are located which is in two buildings: Oak Manor and Partierre Place. So you need to request one of the other two

All buildings have now been completed except building 26 in the AB section which is scheduled for completion Aug 1st
