POR Refurb - how fast??

We are going to the Happiest Place on EARTH in late September of this year. We are planning on staying at POR. I know the refurb is going to start in May...what do you think the chances are of us getting a new refurb room in the Mansions?? Will they be done that quickly or do you think all the Mansions will be closed and we will be in AB?

I've my fingers crossed that it's done, or at least that all the mansions aren't taken out of inventory!

I'll stay whereever they put me, but I have grown fond of the Mansions!
