I have a few questions about POR:

Are there hair dryers in the rooms?
Ironing board/iron?
Does the food court have a few grocery type items like loaves of bread, etc.? I just want to get a few things for snacks/meals in the rooms and don't want to go all the way to a grocery store just for 1 or 2 things. I just want to get a loaf of bread and maybe some milk and/or juice. I'll be bringing breakfast stuff, snacks and PB&J. I realize things will cost a little more at the hotel, but I still feel it's much cheaper than buying breakfast, lunch and snacks in the parks/hotel every day. I'm just trying to save a little money, not a terribly strict, tight budget.

There are no ironing boards or hair dryers in the rooms but you may requests these item upon check-in and they will be provided for a small fee.

Grocery items can be purchased at Fulton's General Store right off the lobby.

Have fun.

You may request hair dryers, but there are none in the rooms---that is a deluxe resort amenity only.
You may request an iron and ironing board--- I have only seen them in the rooms in the Contemporary.
The food court doesn't sell grocery items, but the general store does... it is located in the main building. I suggest bringing a cooler and using the ice from the ice machines for your juice, etc. The refrigerators will cost you an extra $10 per night.

Have a good time:)

You may request a iron, ironing board, blow dryer for NO fee:) ! You may request a coffee maker for no fee too, small charge for the coffee(can bring your own!).
We ate fairly cheaply in the food court for breakfast. Lots of side items that are inexpensive.

Thanks for the info, everyone!! Wow, $10/night for the refrigerator, huh? Last time we went (ASMusic) it was $5/night, I believe, but they never charged us for it.

Hi...we did the cooler thing as well and it save $100.00 over the 10 days....you need it to pay the $1.27 for one banana...thats what I payed a couple of weeks ago at the food court. Thats $1.94 Canadian. I almost had heart failure!!!LOL!

We found Fultons to be fairly reasonable. A can of beer (cold) was $1.75 at Fulton's and $4 in the food court!
