I was just wondering if the corner rooms in the Alligator Bayou section have 2 windows? It appears this way in the pics. I prefer to stay on the top because of noise above and we have no strollers or baby stuff to cart. It would be nice to get a corner room. We have requested building 14. If we cannot get it what is the next best building for being close to things? Where is the best place to catch the bus? Also how much time should we allow each morning to get from our hotel to each of the parks...an hour?

Yes the corner rooms have two set of windows.

We've stayed in building 14 in january, yes it was near the food court, but honestly didn't like it as much as building #26 that we tried in june 2005, it was a nice walk to the food court and the main pool, but very near the washer and dryer :rotfl: and also near the best bus stop: west depot that was alway not busy at all!!!! :goodvibes

We were in the top corner room of building 14 last trip. Great room with a good amount of floor space for the kids to spread out a bit. We seemed to be the first room cleaned every morning - we would go for breakfast at 7:30, run back to the room for our stuff before heading to the bus and the cleaning crew was already in there!
The buses are a quick walk from the building (there's a path that goes between the main building and the parking lot that will lead you straight there. Check out www.ourlaughingplace.com/asp/twiz.asp to help you with travel times - although we never had too much of an issue getting anywhere. Allow yourself an hour and you'll arrive in plenty of time.

We stayed in building 14. Very close to the main building, but quiet and you do not feel that you are close. A very short walk across the parking lot and up a short path got us to the main bus stop (South Depot).

We are not very fast movers in the morning, so I had wake up calls each morning for 7:00 AM. We would dress, eat a big breakfast at the food court, gather our stuff and hit the parks. We were always there at least half an hour before opening, so I would say that you should be much less than an hour from resort to bus (we were there in April, so some spring break crowds).

I would think that 15 or 18 would also be good choices.

I agree about the other bus stops being nowhere near as busy, but we never had to wait for a second bus, and we were usually got seats because it tended to be the first stop (at least when we were there).
