POR/POFQ Room Requests

We will be staying at POFQ 11/3-11/5 and POR 11/6-11/9. In the past we have always faxed room requests to the resorts 3-4 days prior to our arrival. When I pulled the fax numbers off of Deb Willis web site I noticed some of the resorts were listed as not taking faxed room requests. Should I still fax room requests? Also I forgot to get a fridge for my DD insulin when I made the reservations. I have read the resorts have supposedly installed them since I made our resrvation. Should I call and add this request to our reservation anyway? Thanks

POR/POFQ have mostly really nice CM's. I had to clal them last September and they were wodnerful. I would call the resort 3-5 days and speak with someone directly. If that person does not seem helpful as for a Front Desk supervisor and if not available ask that they call you back. Your request is for medical reasons and they will be great - at least they were for us!
