I don't think so. CSR does though, although they may be for convention guests.

Check the POR?POFQ FAQ on the resorts board.

ETA:
We stayed at Beach Club Villas last year in a 1 bedroom and the room was fantastic. Definitely look into renting points.

nope they don't sorry! We were just there in July/August. The rooms are regular size hotel rooms basically. There were 5 of us and we were cramped in the Alligator section of POR. If you are looking for suites, you will need to look at wilderness lodge, beach club, saratoga, animal kingdom, etc. for those - maybe rent from a dvc member.
