I know there were outside tables at the POFQ...I didn't notice any at POR, but we only stopped over there one time.

Does Pepper Market have only outside seating? We're staying at CSR in about three weeks and I'm one of those people who don't really like to eat outside (birds, bugs, etc.) .

no it has tons of indoor seating!!

They don't have outdoor seating for eating. They have some benches and tables outside on the deck near Boatworks. I imagine you could bring your tray out there. No specific or large area though.
