POR - full beds or queen beds?

Thinking of changing from POP to POR or CSR for bed size. Resort info says POR has full beds. Is this the case? I thought the moderates all have queen beds??

POR is being refurbished. The beds are now queen.

The mods used to have full beds (with the exception of CSR which is a convention hotel). As they are remodeling the mods they are switching the full beds to the queen beds.

We used to never stay at a mod because I can't/won't sleep in a full bed. Queen sized is difficult enough.

But as the PP noted, the remodeled rooms have queen beds. However if you get a room that hasn't yet been remodeled then you will have full beds.

Do you mean a microwave in each room or a microwave in the food court area? There are not microwaves in the rooms. Even the deluxes don't have microwaves in the rooms. Not sure if you can request one or not.

No, no microwaves. However I have read at least one poster who requested one had one brought to their room. So it sounds like they have a few to hand out if asked.

Are there microwaves anywhere at POR that you can use? I was thinking of packing a few microwave meals to save a few $$$. Will there be anywhere to heat them?

The food court will have a mircrowave you can use.

As PPs said - POR is currently undergoing refurbishments, having queen beds installed. The majority of the rooms are complete however there are a few AB buildings that still need to be done, and will be complete in the spring. If you book POR, request a refurbished room if travelling before the summer. CBR is the only mod that still has double beds.

It should be clarified that at POR; all they did was add queen mattresses. I was just there last month.

The boxsprings and frames are still the same.
