POR fax not answering!!

I'm trying to fax in my room request for next week and the fax machine at POR has not been answering all day! Any suggestions of what to do next other than keep trying? Thank you!!

I would call. I've *heard* (may not be true) that called in room requests have better odds than faxed anyway.

Thank you! I really hate calling but I am on hold now. Faxing was so much easier!!

I do too. I am not a phone person AT ALL. I bit the bullet and called for our upcoming trip though and the CM was very nice.

I called this number and didn't have to wait but a couple minutes. 407-939-7630.

I always do both, but I did notice years ago that when I also faxed in my request that I got the type/location of room that I was wanting almost all the time compared to maybe half the time.
