POR Building Preference

I'm going to be doing our online check-in later to-day does anyone have a recomendation for what building to stay in.We have a standard Royal Room booked.So excited will be there on the 26th.Thanks in advance.

You may want to look at this map when trying to decide.

We haven't stayed there is a while so I can't help on where the Royal Rooms are located. We like having a car while at WDW and found that building 15 was a good choice for convenience to the parking lot, bus stop, pool and food/shopping.

We always used to request building 34. The walk to the main building wasn't that bad and it was sooo beautiful and quiet. My fav building of all time!

If you are staying in a Royal Room, then your requests are limited- these rooms are only located in Oak Manor and Parterre Place. The former is closest to the bridge and main buildings.

Royal Rooms are only located in Parterre Place & Oak Manor, so building 34 is not an option for the OP. The buildings are right next to each other, so you may be limited in what you are able to request.

I've stayed in bldgs 35 and 14 in AB and 85 in the Mansion section. I loved being way out in 35...took less than 10 mins to get to the food court..really nice walk to and from there early in the morning, with breakfast in hand.
Loved 14...right behind the food court bldg...very close to the main bus stop. Only issue was the amount of foot traffic going by our room...ground level corner room. Great location, great room, but hated all the people walking to and from the bus stop and the nearby parking lot.

I'm not 100% sure, but I didn't think you could make that kind of request when doing online checkin. I thought you had to call and have the request added to your reservation. But, that could have changed.

Unfortunately, there is only one correct answer on this entire thread and this is it.

RR's are only in two buildings, and standard view is pretty much parking lot view, so they could request a floor preference or close to bus stop.

As stated, requests need to be on your ressie; there is no place at online check-in to do requests.

LOL...I frequent the wonderful POR thread & see how helpful you are Missytara...I just lurk, there are certain posters over there that make me nuts so I stay away - but I'm learning from you don't worry!
