Hello,

we are staying at POR and a friend will be meeting us at the resort for dinner on Sunday Oct 14...do we need reservatons for Boatwright's or we should just walk in?

TIA,

Sophie

Make reservations. A reservation in the hand is always far better than finding out at the last minute you're out of luck.

Have fun at POR. We LOVED our stay there!

We were there on September 8 for dinner and it was very crowded. We didn't get seated until 45 minutes after our ADR.

I tried to have dinner there on Sunday Sept 2nd and they were booked.

you need reservations for boatwrights for dinner but not nescessarily for breakfast till 10:30a the food court is packed go to boats the food is much better and little wait just a little more expensive have fun we are going to the parks tomorrow for the day we stayed at POR last week for 3 nites we had a blast:hourglass

Depends on when you are there. When we were down last October we walked right in with no wait / no reservation and there was plenty of seating...but as another poster put it, having a reservation never hurts.

Have a great trip! My DD7 and I will be around the parks the same time frame.

We were just there Sept 10-18. We went to Boatwrights one night about 6 and had to wait an hour for a table. Like someone else said there is no need for reservations for breakfast. By the way the breakfast you get is HUGE!!
