
I am at work now and for the past 18 months we do have serious problem with management. There are alot of stuff she wanted to change and alot have been fired already

for going against the grain. Now in my case, I only get to see the Director for a couple of hours everyday since I work 2nd shift

And as much as possible if it is not affecting my principles and ethics I dont mind just doing her 1..2..3 steps/process. We try to stay harmoniously on our shift but now since the 1st and 3rd shift has been going through rough times and some of it was their fault too

Now it is us who they are calling "sleeping with the enemy". I almost reacted when one of the lab assistant had mentioned in passing " Oh you're fine coz they like you, you'll never get fired" I just had to look at her and walked away. Then at an earshot they are discussing that the reason why our shift never get in trouble is because we do everything the director asked us to do

. yes it does sound stupid that we have to call the director for even a 15 minute overtime... if we cannot finish our work we have we need to inform her, well sutff like this they dont feel they should follow. But we are under this director so the best thing is just follow her being a micromanager. I sometimes feel need to quit but then if I do that I loose all my years of seniority...

Ok... thats it I just needed to vent.... Who's watching American idol.. cant watch no TV here

Well there is a TV in my locker but since one of her faves is working we are on our best behaviour just in case....
