MRFDNY: how was dinner?

Actually dinner was very good, it was italian. I had fresh mozzeralla with fresh tomato and for my main dish, i had chicken parm.It was very good. My only complaint about this place is that they really push liquor alot. Wine,hard,beer what ever, all our hostess did was offer us drinks. Then i found out why, dw had a malibu bay breeze, med sized glass it was 11.00 bucks. I did not drink,i was driving. I have a saying even one will slow down your reaction a little. I'm still stuffed!!

finally... root canal is over...

You must be thrilled,we should throw you a "root canal finished" party. I had one once when i was 14,not a party a root canal, i pray to god i never have to have one again!!


Alrighty gang,speak to all tomorrow. I have a big day planned it's father in laws surprise retirement party tomorrow(shhh, don't say anything it's a surprise ) anyway the party starts at 6pm, so i should be able to speak to you all for a little before it.

ok, The Bridge to Terribithia was one of the saddest movies I've seen in a long time. I think eveyone in the movie theatre was crying,kids and grownups. SO fair warning...it is a good movie...but WOW.

Grace had so much fun with her daddy last night at the daddy/daughter dance. ...wait I have a pic...

ok now remember...I had just gotten done with a Brownie meeting, and getting Grace ready...so I'm not exactly picture ready here...

Today - let's see, taking the dogs to the groomers, Grace has a bday party (roller skating) and then Mike & I are going to the Home of the Sparrow silent auction/dinner tonight.

I met PatsFan in that little Crystal shop in the Castle...

She was ALLLL decked out in green items!

I was such a DORK this entire trip. I get home and all the pictures I look like the jolly green fat chick! EEK! I wish that I had thought to take all that crap off before getting the PHOTOPASS pictures taken at least!

I met CAT and she was WAY cool with that castle shirt that I wish I got!!!!

I met Msladybug, because I went around putting notes on doors at night of people who decorated their windows/doors. Her door was open a crack, so she came to the door. It was late, she was so nice to gab with us for awhile. We saw her again the day we left on POP property. I saw a couple of more people around like in the food court, and at the barbershop, and one couple in a store on Main Street who I gave some LGMPC to, as they were going to meet up with some other DIS'ers but had no way of identifying themselves. One DIS'er gave me her DIS card. That was cute, and then I could remember the name when I came home. I don't have the card right here, but I think it was something like Michele or something like that.

Great daddy/daughter pictures! I showed them to DH, he can't wait for his DD/DH dance!

The only DIS meets I have ever gone on were with people I had never talked to before. Like - Boston DIS meet, and they pick a restaurant and ya show up. One, there were lots of people, the entire side of Rainforest cafe. The other, there were about half the people didn't show, but we still had like 6 tables or so. It is way too many people to meet. You only really get to talk to the people at your table. I want to go to the Canobie Lake one they have every year. (an amusement park, because if you feel uncomfortable, you can just go off on your own and enjoy the park)

Once I met people at the POP pool bar. That was fun. I tried to go to another one around the pool, but didn't see anyone. I missed you guys on 9/29, because POP was full that night and we couldn't extend our stay. We ended up at a hotel out by the airport so we could catch our flight the next day. I can't wait to see pictures of your meet! It will be good to put faces with names.

The funeral was yesterday. So, sad. But I am back!

Where is everyone? I just got in from Princesses on Ice. To go along with DMM's story.....We got: $20 program, $18 Ariel Wand, $4.50 Popcorn, $5 Diet Coke, $10 Cotton Candy, and $12 Icee. Whew... Glad that Nana came too!!!!

Hope everyone is having a great weekend! I will be trapped here tomorrow, DH is taking the car to work. OOH, maybe a nappie poo ????
