Alright - WHO is going to the POP'ers meet and when?

I thought it was a POP'ers meet?!? What is going on?

I dont do "DIS" meets.... Im not one of those 'spend-all-day-on-the-internet-weirdo's'

WHO is going and WHEN?

Keep in mind folks - Ill be 1 day post surgery, and dont feel like introducing myself to a bunch of strangers all drugged up on Vicodin for the first time......

ok did I miss something? What the heck just happened? If we weren't a clique before we sure the heck are one now. WHat's the deal with exclusing people? While I"ve never met anyone here except Michelle, Mac (& anyone else who's posted here ) seems like a perfectly normal person. I wasn't thinking of this as a huge Dis meet, but a Pop meet a thread meet, a fun people we've met in the board meet....what happened to that? I have to say Mac, I'd be insulted as well. I dont think anyone meant to be exclusive...but maybe I'm wrong? feels like I'm missing something. So anyone want to fill me in?

I still can't tell you if I'm going to be at the meet, until someone decides WHEN the meet is.

I cannot say much right now b/c I have to get jul off to school.

IMHO ( and I hope honesty isn't punished), I wanted to have lunch with the friends that I have made here. I also feel that I am not up for a 'dis meet'. Maybe another time.

Also, this is soooo not directed at who everyone seems that it is directed at (starts with a 'M'). Definitely not.

There are alot of people out there who like to jump on a dismeet bandwagon when they see it rolling by. They don't care who it is.

This doesn't have to get even a bit nasty...

Sorry Jenn, I guess I was the one who misunderstood...I didn't realize that it wasn't an open invite. That's my fault for not interpreting Timmy's original invite properly I guess. I didn't mean to get everyone stirred up. Sorry

WE WENT TO DISNEY ON ICE LAST NIGHT!!!

It was fantastic!!! we were 3 rows up from the ice and BOTH kids had a blast!!

I CANNOT BELIEVE though how expeinsive everything was! it was more $$ than WDW!!!! Autumn and GAbriel wanted spinny, flashy light thingies (now i know to buy new ones at the DS ahead of time and pull them out!!) and they were $18 EACH! Then they each had a sno-cone $10.00 each! Then i wanted water 3.00 and DH wanted a hotdog and fries 7.00! I'm so glad we had a blast, cause it was a lot of money! hahaha!!

but get this!!!


It was 3.00 to park and when we got inside, they told us that you don't have to pay for parking and if there is someone there, to head back and get your money, it's just some homeless dude or something standing at the entrance!!!!!

I have pics, but they are realllly dark! It was Mickey and Minne's Magical journey. They went all around on travels and 'visited' Ariel, peter pan, lion king, lilo and stitch, 101 Dalmations etc. and in each visit, they told a shortened version of the movie! it was FABULOUS! it lasted about 3.5 hours and the kids watched it ALL!!! They were even up and dancing sooo cute!

That's my favorite one! I am a die hard peter pan fan!

The one that we saw in Jan. (and Chris saw) was princess wishes. But I like the other one better.

We bought jul an Ariel light up wand, Eel binoculars, and an ariel snow cone.

Autumn got the Ariel wand that sings and the shell lights up, really cute and Gabriel got the stitch sword that lights up!

We got a stitch sno cone and a Flounder one!

Alright, i'm off to go and catch up, the cutest part of last night, was when Sal moved to the seat next to me (we bought 4) and said "I'm having fun, I would have come to this even if we didn't have kids!"

Quite frankly - I dont care if whomever who is posting here, shows up... I just dont wanna *meet* people, I dont even know who just pop in and say "Ill be at the meet" - I think it's weird. Why would anyone even wanna meet someone theyve never talked to... I dunno, not my cup of tea, but whatever....

Lets make a time, now - and since you have to go early, why dont you pick it, Chris?

And AGAIN, Ive been on WDW Message Boards for ELEVEN years now... Ive seen this happen before. People get mad, emails start flying, feelings get hurt.... we cannot turn this into some big huge mess unless we want to give up the wonderful chit-chatting and friendship we've grown to love. Too many times Ive seen the "Im not posting here anymore" and it turns ugly from then on.....

This doesnt have to be a big mess - can we agree on that?

UGHHH!!!! the Dr. Just called for my little guy and he has to get his finger pricked again tomorrow they didn't get enough blood in the tube last time and they couldn't run the right tests??? grrr..
