go on the Community Board quite often. There's just a lot of negative people on here... and loads of bullies, too.

A lot of people have some serious do-dads when theyre behind a monitor

i know what you mean! i like to start threads about puppies and rainbows...you know the kind of stuff that doesn't get on anyones nerves! hahah!! but THEN there was a thread about fluff threads and how they don't belong on the Comm. Board..... so i guess over here there really are people that are mad at the world because of their hair...

Sorry you had to chat with yourself DMM. If I ever become a SAHM and also get a laptop, I'll check in more and we can chat more often. We can swap ideas because I know I'll need help keeping structure.

being a SAHM while great and fun has it's downsides, i get bored a lot! so as i pass the office, i HAVE TO HAVE HAVE TO post! haha!! so my computer is on all day long!

Michelle, I tried commenting on your blog, but its not letting me. Yes, paypal takes a chunk of money out when people pay for stuff. Its how they make their money to operate. The only good news is any money in your paypal account earns like 4.5% interest. I had like $1000 in there at a time. It was nice.

ahhh...nooo but i would have liked to be!

we got married and adopted DD right away. She was our angel. We had dated for 5 years and with all the testing that goes on we found out i was not able to have children..no biggie cause in our early 20s it was the last thing from our minds and i had always wanted to adopt!!! so we got our princess and then BAM out of nowhere i have this &#($&@( Bug that won't go away.. i mean i am sick to my stomach and i am dizzy and i can't eat anything, then one minute i want to eat the WORLD, then i throw up...soo i go to the Dr. for some antibiotics and come home with prenatal pills....

AND I was due on DDs birthday!

The Lord really does work in mysterious ways!

So we decided since the 2 were sooo close in age, teh 3rd had to come right away...but...well it was not meant to be it seems so we are thinking of adopting from foster care in a few years if need be..

I'm confused...you are trying for a third right away? Is your head on straight?

I think I saw a story like yours on TLC on A Baby Story or something. I really want to do foster care too, since we've been TTC for like 8 or 9 months now and no go. DH isn't so into the foster care idea though.

Mich - I think that's a GREAT story!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We originally wanted a houseful of kiddos too! We both agreed on 4. The expense of adoption has always made it just not possible for us. After Patrick died, having Grace was what I needed to do. After she was born & they told me no more kids...we were devastated. BUT in retrospect....Miss gracie is probably more than 3 more kids combined!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahah

I hope when/if you decide to adopt again...it happens quick! You're still young ( not old like me) although I don't think I've been called perky in quite a long time!

We did foster care for two little boys a couple of years ago . When we got them they were 6 months and 2. We were going to adopt them and ...well you know how the story goes. Lots of heartache ! I am glad we were able to give them a loving ome though for over a year.

There are so many stories of people who adopt and then end up preggos. I have a friend that happened to.

Just watch out DMM - you will adopt your third and up preggo with your 4th !!

Foster care seems to be what we want to do right now, just b/c of all the children. We are definately doing an older child though.

As far as trying, we were actively hahaah..now no more. I wanted them to be 13 months apart at most, not we are getting to used to the binkies being gone, the bottles gone and diapers soon! hahah!! and no more formula! Now the gap is too big.
