This year I want to try some icewine in the Canadian booth at FW. I know it's really expensive, but I've heard it's just about the sweetest wine on earth...and I LOVE a sweet wine.

Banfi Rosa Regale is the best stuff on the planet, short of our yummy "Disney" wine that I can't find anywhere else (it's actually an Italian wine, Gaierhof Trentino Moscato). DH is excited that Sam Adams has an anniversary beer again this year...the stuff they had last year he just loved...too bad you can't purchase it. They brew it just for Disney's FW and you can't purchase it anywhere else.

Hmmm...I swear we don't drink THAT much....just a little on special occassions, like trips and laundry meets with "invisible friends"!

Sad to say,i never like crocs that much.However i did buy a new pair of nike sneakers 2 weeks ago that i been breaking in. Dw got skecthers and ds got buzz lightyear light up sneakers

OK-----My sister got to POP today and has already called me twice.
First she said that the ME worked wonderful. They walked right up and got on. The bus was for POP and AKL and stopped at POP first. They had no wait checking in. They got the 70's building #6 3rd floor facing the lake. She had no issues with how clean it looks. She did say that they called down after 4 hours and asked about their luggage and was told that it was there but staff was to busy to bring it up at that time and it would be along in about an hour. So DBIL decides to go get it. The staff down there was playing a game in the luggage area(maybe they were on break!?!?!?!). DBIL gets the luggage and they put a $250.00 charge on his credit card until he brings the cart back.She said it was very hot and humid today.They loved the pool and the pop jets.The refridgerator she asked for was already in the room at check - in. I so can't wait. That's all for now.

I haven't been all the way through yet, so someone else may have posted this already, and I apologize if so....one good tip is that if you want a recipe book with how to make almost everything sold at the booths, check out the main festival headquarters (it's where they sell a lot of the wine - last year it was in one of the Innoventions buildings)...they have a F&W cookbook that's about $13 (or was, last year)! We use it ALL the time, and although it never tastes quite the same as at the World, it's as close as we can get at home!

hmm, if the book is only $13...how much is the chef to come to my house and cook for me for a year

Do you guys know if we can ship wine home??? I'd love to buy a case

Ice wine is wonderful!!! I've had a few from Long Island that were awesome! I'm excited to try the one from Canada.

Where is the Rosa wine you mentioned??? I like a sweet wine too....

Icewine is WONDERFUL! At a shopping center (very upscale and way out of my league) in Hawaii they had a whole store for Canadian Icewine. They of course had samples. Let me tell you.... YUMMMMMMY!!!!!! Do not miss tasting of this wine. You will love it!
"Invisable friends" too funny. Yeah, but soon we will be live and in the flesh! How lucky are you?

I'm so sure she did! Just today I saved my dh $40....I was at the mall, (bought crocs for youngest dd, jasmine costume for same dd, purple ...ph you know for me) ...anyway at the White Barn Candle company they had this beautiful huge 4 wick pumpkin candle in a pumpkin ceramic container it was normally $75 but if I spent $25 on other candles I could buy the big one for only $35....so you see, I decided to save my poor dh $40

Okay, DS and I went to Michael's today and bought 10 t-shirts to do iron-on transfers on!!
Then he wanted to check out a Halloween store, where he bought skeleton gloves and skeleton glasses???
Ran to Taco Bell for a quick lunch.
Picked up DD from school.
They dropped me off at Walmart where I picked up transfer printer paper, while they ran to HD and stole (er...um...acquired) some Mickey heads. First time I've got them to get any for me!!
Came home and printed off 7 iron-ons. I ruined the paper on 2 others. Put one in upside down, and the printer grabbed 2 at a time on the other! Tried to print off 2 more designs but they turned out all blurry. Waiting to hear from the designer about what to do.
Reserved ECV yesterday, but haven't heard back from the company yet. Hope I'll hear tomorrow!
T-shirts are in wash now. Will get to the iron-on-ing tomorrow. I'll let DS do his first and if they look okay, then he can do mine!!

Tomorrow:
Dentist appt. at 1 PM...2 teeth pulled, plus a third getting "crown-ready". Hope I'm not in pain at WDW!
Go to bank to deposit last of change and $1 bills.
Go by doctor's office and pick up copy of last bloodwork. Called last Thursday and the nurse said she'd either mail it or drop it by my house (she lives around the corner), but she must have forgot!
Finish packing!!!!
I'm sure I'll think of more stuff I forgot!

Better get off now as DD15 needs computer for school work! HMMPH!!! Priorities, priorities!!

We buy ice wine here at home. It runs us about $45 for a very small bottle. Lierally only about 2 glasses. It is so SWEET !! I love it but man a little bit goes a LONG way

ROSA REGALE ROCKS! we love it!!! the first time we tried it we shipped home 3 bottles and bought one to take on our Disney Cruise with us!!! (it's in Italy!!!)

KSBelle, thanks for the info on the POP check in!! just an FYI for everyone, that if you don't have a CC or don't want to give it to them, they will just take your Drivers Lic. that way no money is charged and they can just go the FD and get your info if you happen to steal the cart (who wants one of those anyways???)
