Heck I had a person in front of me ask about filling a Chip and Dale Tokyo bucket and the CM said if Disney made it we refill it for $2.

Oh and I wanted the bucket!!!!

Interesting . We are only doing one day in MK this April. We always get a bucket but are not this trip (1 day) . I wonder if they would refill our bucket from Nov . Or if I could pay the regular popcorn price and they could put it in the bucket . Kids like eating out of it

We got the refillable popcorn bucket the last time we were there, and my kids LOVE popcorn.

We plan to get one (or two) buckets on our next trip. I've read on this forum that you can also get the maple popcorn in Canada as a refill for the same price, and that you can get flavored popcorn at another area of Epcot for the refill price. Do the other parks have flavored popcorn that you can get for the refill price?

I used the chat feature earlier today to ask a CM if we can get flavored popcorn from Goofy's Candy Company as a refill, and she said "no." I then asked her, knowing I had already read on here that you could get it in Epcot, if you could get the flavored popcorn in Epcot for the refill price. Again, she said "no". She said that you can only get the standard butter flavor popcorn as a refill. I was hoping some of you here would be able to share your experiences.

Also, where in the various parks (if not limited to Epcot), can you get the various flavored popcorns?

Also, are there any interesting buckets out right now in any of the parks? I got Cinderella's carriage last time were were there.

We got the maple last time . It was the only popcorn they offered there and the refill price was listed . I think the cm was mistaken .

Although the official word is that you can refill for "length of stay", when I asked a CM, they replied that they will keep refilling them "until Mickey says no". My take on that is it will be CM dependent, so there is no harm in trying. We got a holiday bucket this past New Years and I will be bringing it back our next trip, even if it is a summer trip.

It does make one wonder why they completely eliminated refill option in DL

Cause DL is a locals park. More people bringing the buckets every week.... just my guess

My DH thought the bucket worked just like the mugs. Pay one price and get FREE refills. First trip he kept pointing out spots to get popcorn, I wondered why he was suddenly so popcorn hungry. He didn't realize more money was involved.

You waste time asking Disney CS any question. They haven't any idea. Honestly think they make up crap to sound good.

No clue about Goofy's, I'm going to bet CS was right
But 100% can get the flavored popcorn at Epcot, Maple in Canada and whatever is there (they have 3, no idea how often they rotate) along the path between The Land and Figment

As for character buckets, I know there's an Alien, you open it's mouth to get to the popcorn. Looks so bizarre to see people sticking their hands down it's "throat" while eating popcorn.

We have a popcorn bucket that we purchased in 2017 in our Owner's Locker. During our December 2018 trip, I brought it with me to the parks. At each stand I would ask nicely if it was okay to use it for refill; we were prepared for a no response but did not get one. This, of course, can change at Disney's discretion.

The Flavored Popcorn is in Epcot between the Imagination pavilion and The Land. There is Cheddar Cheese, Buffalo Bleu Cheese, and Sour Cream and Chive.

The cheddar cheese is our fav. But be warned, you'll be orange after eating it. It's very messy.
