Popcorn buckets

Are they refillable in all parks? If so, how much? And is it past year bucket or just this year.

I asked similar questions on the Disney Mom's panel and the response was that they are refillable in all parks for your length of stay, so I think last years' buckets can't be refilled for the refill price.

OF course they will say that it is only refillable throughout your stay, but as long as your bucket print matches what they are selling at the time, they will refill. If the print does't match, you can always ask anyway. I mean, worst thing they will say is no.

Last year, we bought a refillable bucket only to have a vendor refuse to fill it on Day 2, saying it was last year's model. DSIL asked for a supervisor who said they would fill it ONCE. Next park, we stopped at guest services and they gave us a note, stating the bucket was to be filled until our departure date. No one else even asked to see it!
