Popcorn at Disney Springs?

Doing a resort only trip in August and I’m realizing I won’t be able to get my in-park popcorn refills! I know during Christmas time, there was popcorn available at the Tree Trail, but can you get popcorn at Disney Springs other times of the year? If so, where?
