Pop Warner moms.. help!

I have a bunch of questions for those of you that have been through this already..
By the time you find out you're going, there is no time left to save any money!

My little cheerleader just moved on to the 2nd round of competition. Her squad is large novice pee wee, and there are very few other "large" squads.. making it an guarantee we will be going.

I'd like to book a condo offsite, and rent a car. Or I need at least a 2 room suite so I don't have to make my snoring husband sleep in the hallway!
I have to get a move on if I want to save anything!

Do we have to stay onsite?

Do the groups stay offsite somwhere?

Any info you can think of that will help me will be very appreciated..

The kids have to stay on site, with the package. But that can be 3 kids and an adult. The remaining family members can stay off site.

We are from CA and ds's football team qualified. It was rough for us....they won the game on Sunday and we left on TH!!!!!!!

Thanks Julia... I don't know anything about any of this.. we have 2 more competitions before we find out if we're going.. The planner in me needs to know everything NOW!
I'll do some digging to find out about these packages..
