Pop Warner and Discounts

Wondering if anyone knows, if HISTORICALLY, they have given out room discounts for this week? Or even free dining?

I just got a PIN code for free dining for the end of year, but the week I'm going is blocked out. Pop week.

Good question. I'm in the same boat, 12/5-11

Pop Warner week is often blocked out.

Generally it is blacked out for discounts.

Last year we arrived a day or two before Pop Warner and we got the room discount. We could have also booked Free Dining but I wasn't on the ball You can use the discount for your entire stay as long as you check in before it ends

You would be considered a "no show" and your reservation would be cancelled.

PPs are correct. The last several years, Pop Warner week has been blacked out for all discounts. If you are a AAA member, you MAY be able to get the AAA discount but it may be very limited if its offered. Don't quote me on that.

And yes, you would be considered a no show if you don't check in until the 5th and the reservation has you checking in on the 4th. They won't hold your room and you'll forfeit you package. Any chance you can leave your home to head there the evening of the 4th? If you make your reservation to check in on the 4th and arrive at the resort to check in around 2 or 3am on the 5th, you'd still be considered as checking in on the 4th. The computers roll over to the next day around 6am and no show are processed at that time.
