Pop Century and All Stars (Movies/Music/Sport) are the same price on a lot of sites. Whats the difference? Is one better than another? :confused3

They're the same price because they're both value resorts. I don't think one's better than the other I think it's more to do with them being different 'themes'. Pop is also newer than the All Stars.

I haven't stayed at Pop but I have stayed at ASMo and it was good value for money.

I think POP has a lake while All Stars does not, people say the buses are better at POP, and it looks newer in general, I think the pool at POP looks the most fun, though this is only from looking at pictures. Though there is no difference in rooms, Amitie's etc.

Pop has a better bus service, if you stay at ASMO you are picked up and dropped off last. Pop is also a better location, its more central than AS which are a little out of the way which means that you get to the parks a little quicker from Pop. You can see the Epcot fireworks from Pop which is nice. AS are more relaxed tho and a little quieter.

we have only stayed at pop but i agree with other posters that its newer than the all-stars :)

We'd have a car so buses wouldn't be a problem.

Do they both have places to eat nearby?

Claire, they both have a food court, if that's what you mean, where you can get breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Having a car also makes it easier to get to the other resorts and try their restaurants as well and of course DTD.

I have stayed at both the All Stars and The Pop and loved them both, I love the theming of the All Stars, however I prefer the Food Court at the Pop as it has a better range in my opinion. TV's at the Pop are slightly larger than the All Stars as well apart from that the rooms are almost the same.:thumbsup2

I prefer all stars, pops too big (and getting bigger!) if like me you have to wait over an hour to check in you don't really want a 4000 step route to your room (I was using a pedometer) we were walking for ages and never ever 'popped' back to the food court for mug refills as it was just too far after a tiring day in the parks. at All stars you have to share the busses with the other all stars but the place was much smaller and easier to use the food court.
