Pop up problem

I already posted this on the tech board.
I've had this pop up twice on my iPhone. It locks up safari. If you get it go to settings scroll down to history then clear history.
The only problem is that it clears the passwords you have set in Safri.

Happening to me too. Obnoxious, but not as bad as the Lyft ads last fall.
