Pop up Issue

Hi guys! So today I keep seeing this ‘Subscribe to our mailing list’ pop up on the top of my screen. When it comes up, usually after I click on a thread, I cannot touch anything on the website and have to shut it down and restart it. Anyone else seeing this or is it just my phone? Thanks!!!

Now the message has changed... still interferes with me using the site
