Pop up chat window -error message- how to close it?

Hi
Everytime I log in into the WDW page I'm getting a pop up window with a chat message that says go back to the previous conversation or close it... and this prevents me to doing anything in the page .. using the cell phone, in the desktop I still get it but can manually close it..

Have anyone experienced it? What is the solution?

I have deleted cookies and history, but it keeps showing up

Is the "X" to closeout of it perhaps off-screen or not easily viewed on your phone? I know with other websites, it seems they aren't formatted for phone use and things are often difficult to view or the word-wrap is messed up. On my phone there is also a way to delete all prior websites viewed, so perhaps that is another option.

Were you ever able to resolve this? I'm having the same issue and the hammer sounds like a good plan. It even follows the account on other computers/phones!

I had the same problem, turns out I had an open chat going on MDE that I never closed or ended.
Once I ended the chat that pop up my lap top and IPad went away.

Thanks! I restarted my computer and it must have closed the phantom window! Clearing the history wasn’t enough!
