Hey everyone just curious, I'm staying at pop and want to stay in the 60's lake view ( if possible) just wondering if I get it, is it quicker to walk across the bridge and take aoa buses or to walk to the front of pop to take the buses

My favorite room at Pop....4441. 60's, bldg 4, fourth floor, facing the lake. I can't imagine it taking less time to walk to the bridge, cross it and then cross through all of AoA to get their bus. I would just use the buses at Pop.

I agree. It's a long bridge. POP should be much faster.

Thx soo much! Another question what is the quickest way to get from pop to chef mickeys 1900 park fare and whispering canyon cafe?

just checked out of POP three days ago....
had an awesome lakeview room on the ground floor in bldg 5!!! It was categorized as a std room but was SO QUICK AND EASY to get to the bus stops by just whizzing thru the lobby! I did go over GG bridge to check out AoA once and it wasn't that far! but definitely noticably further than your own POP bus stop. but those would be the closest rooms to AoA. and if you wanted to take an AoA bus back in a hurry, it wouldn't be a bad deal for a return walk to your room if you were still waiting on a POP bus, esp since AoA buses are not as full since the resort is only half open right now!

The absolute quickest way to any of those three restaurants is to take a cab. Should you wish to use Disney transportation, you would take a bus to the Magic Kingdom and then, from your Pop bus drop (sometimes the bus will drop you at the Pop stop, other times they'll drop you at another resort's pick up spot):

To Chef Mickey's -- walk to the Contemporary.
To 1900 Park Fare -- take a boat to the Grand Floridian.
To Whispering Canyon -- take a boat to Wilderness Lodge.

There are other variations, but I believe these would be the most efficient.

Be careful - they also have routes that don't actually exist. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who isn't already very familiar with WDW transportation.

Oh no! Thanks for that info. I found out about the site here on the boards. I guess I will need to make sure all of my routes are accurate! Thanks again! :goodvibes

If you're going for breakfast before MK opens, the boats probably won't be running yet.

You can take the Resort Monorail from MK to GF, and get a bus from MK to WL.

The bus to WL is quick, but the monorail to GF could take 20 minutes + wait time, as it has to go all the way around the 7 Seas Lagoon making 3 extra station stops on the way.
