POP to Universal ?

I usually never venture off the Disney property once I'm there, but I'm considering a day at Universal for my upcoming trip. Since I won't have a car, what is the best way to get from Disney to Universal? I've heard that Mears has shuttles, but I don't know anything about them. How much does it cost and how do you go about getting on one? Do you need a reservation? How often do they run? As you can see, I'm clueless about this, so any information would be very helpful. Thanks.

Mears shuttle to Universal from Pop is about $14 per person, round trip. The pick up at 7:25, 8:25, 9:25 and 10:25. You'll want to call the day before to arrange for pickup.

If you have more than 3 people, I recommend a cab. It will close to the same price, but more flexible, and easier.
