PoP to Universal and Sea World

We are doing a magical gathering in January with 11 people and want to go to Universal and Sea World. Does anyone know of any cheap way for us to get there other that using the lynx bus? Any help would be appreciated as this is the first time I have planned for this many people. We thought about renting a van but we figured it would be to much trouble since we would have to handle all that luggage.

You have a few options..Mears runs a shuttle for about $20 pp, round trip (give or take a few dollars). You call them the night before you want to go and arrange a time that they will be there. Believe they have certain times they make the runs. Same thing in reverse, I would imagin...they have certain times.
Or you could get a towncar..that's about $60-70 rt for a towncar for 4 people. You leave when you want to leave, and are picked up for the return to WDW when you want.
Or a cab. Can't tell you too much about that. Or you can rent a car/cars. Probably about $50 per day, per car. You can rent from the Dolphin, and then just drive back to POP...very short drive and easy to do. Then, drop everyone off on the return to POP, and return the cars that evening.
The Lynx system is very easy to SW but you have to make transfers and such if you are going to Universal. I've done the trip to SW but don't think I would attempt the trip to Universal via the Lynx bus.
