Pop to Poly and back

I wanted to see what the advice would be getting from Pop to the Polynesian and back. We're arriving at MCO at 3:20pm and have an ADR at Ohana's at 6:40 pm.

Is the only way to get there (besides cab or car) to go to MK and then monorail to Poly? Or, should we go to MGM and then the Poly? Or, shoud we take whatever bus comes first?

If we ended up checking in on the later side because of some delay, how do I go about getting a cab and how much would it cost?

Our ADR is at 6:40, we wanted to see Wishes from the beach at 8:00pm (when MK closes) and then the Electrical Water Pageant at 9:00pm. Then, we wanted to go back to Pop. What's the best way to get back to Pop? Is there a bus from the TTC to Pop? Would we have to take the monorail to MK and then catch the bus? Will the buses still be running at 9:20 or so since MK closed at 8:00pm?

Does any of this sound reasonable?

A taxi will make your life much easier! It's about $10-$15 each way plus tip.

With WDW transportation, take the bus to the Mk and the monorail over to the Poly. Or you can take a bus to any other park or DTD and then transfer to a Poly bus.
