I think I remember seeing 6:00 am to 12:00 am.

I know it was 7:00 am last Oct when we were there. We were specifically trying to eat there before driving to MK for EMH at 8:00, and it was pretty much impossible to do so because the food court wasn't open yet when we went down there! We waited around ultil they opened at 7:00, but it made for a very quick breakfast! It seems like they'd open at least at 6:30 so that guests could reasonably eat and make it to EMH, but no!
